pekný deň,píšem vám pretože som pracoval v jednej firme tu na slovensku a to na kamione kde som šiel do španielska,prišlo mi nevolno,zle,v skúšobne dobe ma okamžite prepustili a nevrátili mi tachografovú kartu,tvrdia že na firme nie je a ked mi prišla sms že karta je na podniku a ked som tam osobne išiel tal mi povedali že u nich nie je,karta je platná a jednali so mnou ako so psom,nadávky apod.prosím ako mám postupovať aby mi vrátili moju kartu.dakujem.

Dobry den,
predpokladam, ze najjednoduchsia cesta je, na zbernom mieste poziadat o blokaciu povodnej karty (je mozne, ze na nu jazdia ini vodici) a vydanie novej. Bude to sice s poplatkom, ale hned zrealizovane. Ostatne moznosti su velmi chabe, nakolko je to tvrdenie proti tvrdeniu, neda sa dokazat, ze ta karta tam je, cize nejake sudenie nema zmysel.
